TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Agreement to Terms. You agree to read these terms and conditions and this brochure before using the fuelperks! program. The first use and use thereafter of the Roundy's Rewards card to redeem fuelperks! rewards signifies your agreement to the terms outlined in this document. Visit www.fuelperks.com/roundys for a full list of fuelperks! program terms and conditions.
  2. Changes to fuelperks! program. Excentus is the administrator of the fuelperks! program. Excentus reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the fuelperks! program at any time. Program limits on certain features or services may be imposed at any time without notice or liability.
  3. fuelperks! rewards. fuelperks! rewards are only valid on the purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel. Each time you redeem your fuelperks! rewards, such rewards may only be used on one vehicle for each transaction for up to twenty (20) gallons. Rewards above the price per gallon of gasoline or diesel fuel will be saved on your fuelperks! card for future use.
  4. No cash back. fuelperks! rewards have no cash value and may be canceled at any time.
  5. Expiration of fuelperks! rewards. fuelperks! rewards expire on the last day of the month, two months after they are earned unless the fuelperks! Program is otherwise cancelled or terminated. For example, rewards earned in the month of May expire July 31. fuelperks! Reward totals and expiration dates will appear on your receipt. When fuelperks! rewards, up to the current per-gallon price of fuel, are redeemed, your reward balance is automatically reset to zero. Any fuelperks! rewards balance in excess of the current per-gallon price of fuel will be retained in your account. fuelperks! rewards cannot be transferred to another account.
  6. Lost, or Stolen Cards. Excentus is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  7. Participating Locations. Offer valid only at participating locations. Reference our website at www.fuelperks.com/roundys or visit the Rainbow Customer Service counter to identify participating locations.

Program Regulations:

  1. To qualify for 10¢ per gallon reward, you must spend $50 using your Roundy's Rewards card at a participating Rainbow store.
  2. Only purchases using your Roundy's Rewards card are eligible.
  3. Offer is valid only at participating Rainbow stores.
  4. This promotion may end at anytime without prior notification. Rewards expire two months after the last day of the month in which they are earned. Reward totals and expiration dates will appear on your Rainbow receipt.
  5. Rewards will be tracked electronically on your Roundy's Rewards card. You must insert your wallet size card at the fuel pump at a participating BP location to redeem rewards.

Purchase restrictions:

*Offer excludes purchases of alcohol, tobacco, lottery tickets, money orders, bus passes, stamps and Rainbow gift cards. Purchase totals are calculated before tax and after store coupons.

Redemption restrictions:

Rewards can be used on only one fill up and cannot exceed 20 gallons. For your safety, fill ups are limited to only one vehicle per transaction. Rewards valid only on purchases of gasoline and diesel fuel (where available). Rewards in excess of the per-gallon price of fuel will be saved on your Roundy's Rewards card for a future visit. No cash back. Rewards have no cash value and are not valid with any other offer. Not subject to doubling. Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc. is not responsible for reimbursement of rewards due to lost, stolen or misused cards.
